Statement of Warranty

BetterRAM memory carries a lifetime warranty. In the event of failure, BetterRAM will replace or repair a defective module.

BetterRAM USB flash drives carry a lifetime warranty. In the event of failure, BetterRAM will replace or repair a defective USB flash drive for the lifetime of the product. Flash cards such as CF, XD, SD, SM, etc. carry a 1-year warranty as do external hard drive enclosures. BetterRAM distributes major brand hard drives which carry the full manufacturer's warranty. Generally, this is 3 years for IDE and 5 years for SCSI. These hard drives must be returned to RMR to forward to manufacturer for replacement.

All BetterRAM products are guaranteed to meet electrical specifications. If a product is ordered in generic form rather than for a specific computer, compatibility is NOT guaranteed since the specific use or application is unknown.

BetterRAM.com has an advance replacement program to replace product assumed to be defective. In order to be eligible, the customer must be a net terms account, current in credit status, with all RMA's received.
